Based in Vancouver, Canada, Paul Shatto has built a reputation based on creativity, consistency, and reliability as a music editor and music producer and mixer in the dual entertainment mediums of film, television, and music.

With more than two decades of experience in his award-winning career, Paul has worked as a music editor on a variety of film and TV projects – including My Little Pony, The Shack, and Motive – for studios such as Lions Gate Films, CTV, and MGM. As a music producer, he has also produced music for record labels (MDM Recordings/Universal, Open Road, and Royalty Records) and artists like Chad Brownlee, Robyn & Ryleigh, and Jess Moskaluke to name a few.

Whether he’s working for a film studio, an artist, or a record label, Paul considers himself a ‘facilitator’ who can quickly identify the goals of the project and produce a final sound to match it thematically and authentically – while carefully maximizing both its commercial appeal and unique artistry.
